Exchange Policy:

We will provide you with an exchange via post or refund via chosen payment method if:

You have proof of purchase i.e. invoice sent with your order;

  • You purchased the product in the last 4 days; and
  • The product is in its original condition with packaging and has not been washed, worn or used
  • Return pick-up MAY be organized by Maal Gari, however any/all associated courier costs for return products will have to be bared by the Customer.

For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Bedding and bath products, including quilts, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, towels, throws, etc. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

Exchange will be promptly made if we have shipped you:

  • a wrong product(s) or size (or)
  • the product(s) was found damaged.

Refund Policy:

In order to ensure our customers enjoy their purchase, products offered through the Maal Gari platform go through a stringent process of quality checks. However, if there are any fundamental flaws in product purchased, it is to be reported to our team within 24 hours of order delivery so it may be evaluated and a respective conclusion regarding refund may be attained.

Note: For claims, proof of purchase is required and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, refund, compensation or repair.
